Sunny Day Fun

We had a great week last week! The kids worked hard - but we had lots of time to show some creativity through play! Check out some pictures from our week!

These guys collaborated to build a skate park out of pattern blocks!

We got to use some centimeter cubes and ten sticks to show how to build our teen numbers! It was hard work - but what a fun way to show what we are learning about numbers!

In case you didn't know... the tulips are sprouting through the dirt in the flower boxes in front of school! That's an exciting sign of spring. The kids have been worried about people running and playing in the flower boxes, so they created signs to remind folks to be careful!

Caution... Don't step here please!
Planting our signs in the sun!

Please watch out! Tulips are growing!

We ended a super sunny Fun Friday by having free choice with our friends in the Honeybee class! We visited their room and had fun exploring and playing! Some of us stepped outside to jump rope and draw with sidewalk chalk, and others stayed inside and played with new things!!

Mrs. Schendel & I caught lots of Turtle Team and Honeybee kids working together and having fun! We were so thankful for the invitation! We can't wait to invite them to our room next time!
